You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, on a product still sealed in its original packaging: email us with your order number. An unsealed vial cannot be taken back. Return costs are yours unless we made the mistake (non-conforming product, picking error, damaged parcel), and in France we send you a prepaid Mondial Relay label. The refund goes back to your card no later than 14 days after your request, once we have received the product or proof that you sent it.
